Specific Heat Capacity

Welcome to

Zari Physics .

This is my physics seminar.

Specific heat capacity

The amount of heat per unit mass absorbed or released by the substance to change its temperature by one unit 1°C or K

S=∆Q/m∆T

Where,

s=specific heat capacity

∆Q=amount of heat absorbed or released.

m=mass

∆T=temperature change

SI unit of s=J/kg°C or J/kg K
CGS unit of s=erg/g°C or
erg/g K
